Once you’ve seen the video above you probably won’t need any words at all to describe why the Rock, Paper, Scissors t-shirt by T-post is so cool. After all, this is amazing technology that lets you play an interactive game using a cool-looking shirt and your home computer. There’s not much more description needed than that but here are some other things you might want to know about it:

• It’s a form of augmented reality. This refers to the merging of physical life stuff with virtual imagery (and is sometimes also called mixed reality). We’re likely to see a lot more stuff like this as technology advances. At some point, we probably won’t be able to tell one reality from the other!
• You don’t actually need the T-shirt to do this. You can print the hand out from a pdf file and use that but it’s so much cooler to see a hand coming out of your t-shirt isn’t it?
• It comes from a really cool company. T-post is a company that is half t-shirt company, half magazine. Basically, you subscribe to the "magazine". Instead of getting a printed magazine, you get a T-shirt. Each tee has artwork on the front and a news story on the book. New tees come every six weeks. Very cool idea!
