Top References you used before the Internet Existed

For many people, it is almost hard to remember the days before the internet existed. The internet definitely makes our lives much easier. Most people have a reasonably priced internet service provider that allows them to surf the internet right from their own home computer, and they rely on it for many of the things they do every day. Others who do not have an internet service provider or a computer of their own can go to their local library to obtain access to the internet free of charge. Before the internet existed, you still had to do research, and you still needed to find good references for your research.
Unlike earlier times, most people have the advantage of going straight to the internet when they need a reference, but there were many other references that were used in the years prior to the internet’s existence. Now that the internet has become the number one reference for most people, these old fashion references are not used quite as often as they used to be in former times. However, they are still in use today.
Before the internet existed and before most people had affordable internet service providers, books, magazines, encyclopedias, newspapers, and interviews with people that have knowledge of a certain subject were the top five references you could utilize in the past. You had to drive or walk to the library to do your research, and in some cases, it would take hours to find the exact information you were looking for that was relevant to the topic you were researching. Interviewing people with knowledge of the certain topic that you are researching can also be a reference that can be very time consuming as well. The internet is the only reference that has made finding the information you need for your research faster than ever.
