Coyote and Her Pups on Golf Course

My parents and my mother-in-law live in Sun City West, Arizona. They often tell us about seeing coyotes and their pups out on the golf course. Well here is proof — mama coyote and her pups on the 5th hole at Trail Ridge golf course in Sun City West Arizona!

Same question and concern as Von; do they attack humans? Any animal would be naturally protective of their young and having pups around makes this coyote doubly dangerous.
What kind of safety measures have the course management done so far? I hope they don’t wait until someone gets bitten
