Incredible Pike with Pictures

This submission was sent from a reader in Ohio. Supposedly this bad boy was caught on Rainy Lake and is a new record in Canada. Check this thing out.. Awesome catch on a river in Canada - 55lbs - 56 inches. This guy (in the photos below), was fishing and caught a 36" Pike. As he was reeling it in, a 56" Pike tried to eat it!!! He brought them both in on the same net.
We can’t verify the authenticity of the story, but these are the pictures that came along with the email. Pretty cool pictures no matter what the story is!
