Arizona (our home state) is proud to welcome Super Bowl visitors to a football experience like no other.

Parties are every where – Scottsdale, Phoenix and Glendale!  Some of the Super Bowl’s biggest parties include a VIP party with Nick Lachey and P. Diddy, "Leather & Laces" party being thrown by Carmen Electra, and a party being thrown by John Travolta and Marshall Faulk. Penthouse will feature Snoop Dogg, Leather and Laces will be rolling out Sugar Ray and Vice the Party will headline L.L. Cool J.

Playboy and Maxim have been vying for Super Bowl party supremacy since 2001 and that seems to be the case once again this year. Unlike most other Super Bowl parties neither officially sells tickets to the public, preferring an exclusive environment for their A-listers… those willing to fork over as much as $20,000 to party with celebrities and centerfold models. Maxim’s party will emanate from the Stone Rose Lounge at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and Playboy will be throwing its party at the Wild Horse Pass the affair that will be attended by Hugh Hefner and his Girls Next Door.

The University of Phoenix Stadium features modern technology and fan friendly amenities. The stadium seats 73,400 for  Super Bowl XLII.  The roof has two large retractable panels that uncover the entire playing field while providing maximum shading for fans. The roof can be closed and the facility air conditioned in the hot months, while the roof can be opened to take advantage of the Valley’s world-famous climate in cooler months.

The grass field rolls out of the stadium on an 18.9-million-pound tray, residing outside of the stadium except for football and soccer events. With the field in the outboard position, the 158,000-square-foot floor is unencumbered by the turf and features a built-in utility grid.

The grass field remains outside the stadium in the sun until game day, which allows for the maximum amount of sunshine while eliminating humidity problems inside the stadium and providing unrestricted access to the stadium floor for events and staging.

Completed in the fall of 2006 and built specifically to showcase Arizona’s Super Bowl, this $455 million architectural wonder is the most advanced sporting facility in the world. The facility has been voted "Best NFL Facility" by Street & Smith’s Sports Business Journal and Sports Business Daily. The stadium has also been named one of the Top 10 stadiums in the world by Business Week.  Enjoy!
