Amazing Lion Hugs Women

The woman in this video found this lion injured in the forest on the edge of death. She took the lion with her and nursed it back to health. When the lion was healthy, she mad arrangments with an animal sanctuary in Columbia to give it a new home.
This video was taken after six years had passed. The lady returned to the zoo to see how he was doing. Watch the lion’s reaction when he sees her. Just Cool!!!

The anchorwoman says in the video “They’re together every single day”….so the lady didn’t go back after six years had passed.
Still, quite a rare sight to see a lion being so affectionate.

She said *she rescued him, he was malnourished*. They WERE together everyday – meaning when she was nursing him back to health.

The lion was rescued from a circus and the woman is a teacher who runs a rehabilitation facility. At least according to the Orlando Sentinel. I strongly doubt anyone would find a lion cub “in the forest” in Columbia.
