Cool Website Reveals the Passive Aggressive Notes that People Write
By JustCool on Mar 25, 2010 in Cool Websites

Have you ever received a note from someone that pretended like it was nice but really it wasn’t? You know, the kind of note that had a lot of "please" and "thank yous" in it but was actually telling you to quit parking like an idiot or to back off of someone’s girlfriend. These notes get passed around all of the time. And they’re actually really funny as long as you aren’t the recipient of them. If that sounds like something interesting to you then you might like Passive Aggressive Notes, a cool website that archives examples of this funny form of communication.
The website is really well done. A lot of the posts that are placed on the site are fairly self-explanatory. The note is posted with some additional comments or some information about the context of the note. In other cases, a post may contain several examples of the same type of passive aggressive note. For example, they’ve had compilation posts of "don’t talk on your phone in line" signs as well as notes from young children to their mommies saying how much they love Mom even though she’s a meanie.
This website is really good for a laugh. It makes fun of other people and the things that they say. It also allows us to make fun of our own selves a little bit. We’ve all had those times when we wrote notes that we can now look back on and think, "hm, that wasn’t very nice" – times when we should’ve just stood up for ourselves or else let something go. But we didn’t which is why we can relate to some of the posts on this site.
There are so many different websites online these days that it’s tough to find ones that are really worth reading on a regular basis. Unless you want your RSS feed reader filled to the brim each day, you have to minimize the number of sites that you pay a lot of attention to. If you want a laugh, though, this is one of those cool sites worth adding to the feed reader.
