It seems that everyone spends more time in the shopping malls at this time of the year, and I am no different.  I think that this is the fourth shopping trip that I have made over the past week, and I am starting to get sick of it.  I’ll be honest – I don’t really care to shop no matter what time of year it is.

But if I were to show up on Christmas day with no gifts, I wouldn’t hear the end of it.  Chances are my marriage would end up in divorce too, so I have no choice.

Thankfully my list of people to buy for is shorter this year than normal, so I am almost done.  I made sure to ask everyone what they wanted, and thanks to the lists that they gave me, there is less work for me to do to try to find something that they would like.

I have been having trouble finding one gift on my list though.  My sister asked me for some specific university diploma frames, and they are nowhere to be found in any of the stores in town.  Try as I might, I just haven’t been able to find them.

There is one framing shop that I haven’t visited yet that I will be looking at after lunch, but if I can’t find it there, I’ll have to order them online.  I just hope that there is enough time for them to get here before Christmas, or I won’t hear the end of it.
